TASTING NOTES
Yellow color with greenish reflections. The nose is complex and intense, and while it has the characteristics of a traditional Airen, its careful preparation at low temperature gives a more exotic features, such as light and floral aromas of citrus and tropical fruits.

Viña Ruda, which has 15 hectares of vineyards of Tempranillo, Syrah and Airen varieties, is a young and active winery that started in 2006 and is now a world leader in wines called "infusion" a technique which has led to three years of research with three universities -Castilla-La Mancha, Navarra and Zaragoza and with seeking out a better performance for skins and multiple aromatic advantages obtained with this method.
